WormTrap Oral Suspension
Worm Trap-P is a Puppy Dewormer Syrup with Pyrantel Pamoate as an active ingredient. The Pyrantel Pamoate is the medicine commonly used for pets to treat hookworms and roundworms in dogs and cats.
Composition
Each ml of suspension contains:
- Pyrantel Pamoate IP: 14.4mg
- Febantel IP 15mg
In a flavoured suspension base.
Indications:
For the treatment of roundworm infestations including ascarids, hookworms and whipworms in puppies.
Side Effects:
Pyrantel pamoate is poorly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and is a very safe way to treat hookworms and roundworms in dogs and cats. Pyrantel is safe for use in pregnant and nursing pets.
Dosage
1 ml/kg body weight orally for puppy and young dog or as directed by veterinarian.
Should be administered orally on an empty stomach or can be mixed with food.
