Azilect
Azilect é um inibidor da monoamino-oxidase (IMAO). Atua aumentando os níveis de certas substâncias químicas no cérebro. Azilect é utilizado no tratamento de sintomas da doença de Parkinson (rigidez, tremores, espasmos, perda de controlo muscular). Por vezes, Azilect é utilizado com outro fármaco, de nome levodopa.
