Galvumet ist ein kombiniertes Arzneimittel, das zwei aktive Komponenten enthält: 50 mg Vildagliptin und 1000 mg Metformin. Dieses Arzneimittel ist als Zusatz zu Diät und Sport angezeigt, um die Blutzuckerkontrolle bei Patienten zu verbessern, deren Diabetes allein mit Metforminhydrochlorid nicht ausreichend kontrolliert wird oder die bereits mit der Kombination von Vildagliptin und Metforminhydrochlorid als separate Tabletten behandelt werden. Die Behandlung sollte nicht mit dieser Kombination
